...this is also strong concept, with that duality you're after, present in a big way - an arrow creating a semi-abstract letter A, with two blades of its tip (partners), piercing the target/goal, achieving the success. There's that "taking off" moment while releasing the arrow (getting partners to work towards the common goal). It's actually symbolicaly VERY strong concept, with massive branding potential.
On another symbolic level you have that Sun symbol behind an A, lighting up the entire design, giving it positive/inviting vibe.
I like the originality. I'm trying to capture something meaningful for me and my partner that is more of "taking off" together since we started working together, rather than a mountain. It can also represent the client's taking off with regards to their wealth.
I've read your design brief, but the graphic element you're after (letter A in that specific disposition) is so generic and overused, that it is next to impossible to claim as original work,...not to mention possible legal issues with it.
Since it is not advisable to go in that specific direction, here are few potentialy interesting alternatives.
Hope this helps and let me know if I can be of further assistance. Thnx

1. entries #469/#470, with two paths (partners) taking off along sides of A/financial chart, all the way to the top.
2. entries #471/#472, with two paralel paths going to the top (update on my concept #396.
