Hi! Here are a few ideas for your logo. I thought of a playful artsy kind of style hope it's what you're looking for. For any suggestions or ideas please feel free to leave feedback. Looking forward to working with you!

Thank you so much for your entry. We were very happy to see additional designs! Interesting idea of the playful character, this is something we were not considering, but we do like it. The lettering is a tad too formal/modern could it be more classic? In addition, would changing the tone of the colors to more sage or mint green and a darker purple along the lines of eggplant be possible? Again, thank you for your time!

Here are the modifications you requested. I hope it's close to what you meant.

Thank you so much for the amazing turnaround time! We love the new lettering and think it is perfect. What would you think about trying to add more details to the graphic allowing folks to tell at a glance what we offer? Perhaps having the ribbon turn into a white music scroll with simple bars, lines, and musical notes? Could we add some shoes to the character too? What about one ballet/pointe shoe the foot closest to the ground and one athletic shoe on the other? Additional aspects we would like to add in are a paintbrush and/or paint palette perhaps the green circle behind the character could be the palette or all of the design could be sitting on a lighter brown/copper one? We then need something scholarly (a diploma, book, or graduation cap). Could we also get rid of the green on the top left of the ribbon to make sure it is all white? Finally can you replace the and (Arts “and” Recreation) with an & (Arts & Recreation)?

Hi! Here's my update, not sure about the colors you asked let me know if you need me to change anything further. Tried to include all the activities like you suggested, not sure the shoes on the figure look very good but of course i'll let you decide that. :)

Thank you for your amazing work! We love the musical scroll and the shoes too. The only additional modification we can ask for involves the inclusion of the academics. The hat does not shout out college graduation cap likely because the image overall is so small. What if you remove the hat and replace it with a book in the top hand? Again, thank you for the super quick modifications and attention to detail!

Entry 11: Wow, we are just so amazed at how quickly you can make these changes! Now we are wondering if it is starting to look a little too busy. What do you think? The more we look at these we are valuing your original design more. Would making the pallet larger so it framed the entire logo help? In addition, we would ask you to add two matching ballet/point shoes since the athletic one is hard to id and takes away from the lines a bit. Thank you!!

I made the modification and also wanted to try a few new color versions maybe you would feel they work better. I don't think the logo is too crowded but if you would like to come back to the previous design or a combination of the two just let me know and we'll work something out.

It was really great working with you too. Loved all your ideas as they really helped. Good luck to you and your partners on deciding the final design. If any further modifications are required i'd be happy to make them.

We all agree the character including all the design elements is perfect! We are now struggling with tweaking the color scheme to make it more eye catching and fun. Some like the purple of the character in #15 for the person and the top ARTS lettering with a green similar to #17 or even a more mint green for the pallet. Others like the burgundy of #16 with a green pallet as well. What do you think? Please feel free to send us any other colors along these lines for consideration too. In addition, not sure how long it takes to make these changes so perhaps (to save you time) you could simply post color combinations for us to review. Thank you for your time!

Hello, here's some of the color variations you asked for. If you would like me to show you more color schemes other than purple/burgundy and green or would like other modifications, please don't hesitate to ask!

Entry # 22:
Again, I we find ourselves thanking you for your willingness to make so many revisions. We are hoping this will be the last set of changes. We just noticed this but we like the logos where the character’s bottom foot is overlapping the lower portion of the pallet more (like in #15) as we think this give it more depth. Could you shorten the pallet back please?

Also, we found some colors that we like a little more. Here are the hex color codes:
Green: # 99FF77, 99FF88, 99FF99
Purple: # 663399

Obviously, you are the expert so please feel free to modify this but we figured it was a more eye catching combination.

Finally, we are wondering if it would be possible to streamline the character to make it more refined and yet still whimsical particularly in the midsection. We were given feedback by several people who thought the current figure resembled clip art a little bit.

We are looking forward to seeing what more amazing things you can do. Thank you!

I made 2 versions, wasn't sure what you meant by streamlining the drawing i tried to refine the lines a little on the first and made a second version without the lines. Not completely sure the color codes translated into the exact colors you wanted but i hope they are very close. Hope you like what i came up with.

The green is a bit different from the values you gave me because it's out of CMYK color range and the exact color you requested can't be printed. This is the closest print safe color i could make of it. I can change it further if you would like, you could make look up a CMYK code for the colors you like or just guide me as in giving examples or referring to a warmer or colder color ect.

Entry # 32:
All of the partners and interested parties agree now that the character and design elements are perfect and should not be modified any further. Unfortunately, we have not reached complete consensus with the color just yet.
Would you be willing to make one additional revision as follows?
One with a completely different colors more primary in nature (yellow easel, blue kid, green ARTS and keep the words black)
As always, thank you!

So sorry, very last minute request... is there any way you can turn the loop on the music scroll close to the characters hand into some type of base or basket ball to make it a bit more masculine? Then I think we are good :-)

Really great update! I think once we have all our folks look at this most current iteration the only slight tweaks could be in the colors. If necessary, I assume we could make these after the contest closes. I see we are running up against the clock now so I will thank you again for your creativity and willingness to make all these modifications in such a timely manner! It has been a true pleasure :-)
