Its nice but a little too elaborate....I am looking for something modern and simple

Much better effort....inside you have the X, the H and a House - all abstract, but its there....very cool....simple and modern. I would like to see other versions of this and if it were possible to downplay the X element that would be ideal....Also, I would like to see another font...lastly keep in mind it is set on a dark redish background.

I guess what I am saying here, is, that I totally get what you did here and I love it. But is there a way to soften it so that when you look at it you dont just see a big X. I realize that the all the elements are there in the logo, but can it be softend a little, made a little less masculine or a little less like an X in a circle from a far?

How about #36 with a much wider A inside - so that the X will also be bigger. It should also be closer to the edges of the circle. Also it would be great to see it on a different background. I like the idea of the rounded bottom of the A that almost look like wings - maybe an expansion of that idea? The text from #37 is best but only the Art and the X should be bold - house should remain regular. Maybe a couple designs similar to that one would be great.

#53 is really good. How about a couple variations on that one? Maybe it would be great to see the triangle of #55 or #54 inside. The text could also use a little more differentiation between art, house, and x. Maybe a slight space between the three of them, or making the text in house slightly thinner? It would be great too see quite a few variations on #53 as that is the best one so far.
