Here are a few color variations and the endoscope now going where it should! I have also added the star from the flag to one entry to help form the face further. I'm unsure as to whether this adds or distracts from the design at the moment.

Very interesting take! Could you resubmit a few with different color combinations using colors that represent AZ? Things like reds, golds, light browns, etc.?

Here is my first entry for your consideration. The logo is a unique representation of the Arizona map showing a human face subtly incorporated. I have then added the endoscope to complete the design.
I hope you may like the concept and I look forward to any feedback you may have.
