We very much like #38. It is very upscale (a logo for a upscale service organization). We get your vision. We also like that it does not have a house. The house in a real estate company logo is cliche and too easy and safe. So, can you make the block design better. Maybe a new color scheme. Let your talent and creative skills go. You can still take the top prize in this contest. Send some new work.

Also, we will need business cards, letterhead and real estate signs "For Sale" designed. Are you experienced in producing these items? Do you have a website that I can look at to see examples of your past design of these items? Lastly what is your charge for these services.
