- Spread the mountains further left and right
- Remove the effect of the mountains coming through the A; so the looks like it is in front of the mountains
- Write the school name underneath; Arizona College of Acupuncture Medicine and Bodywork
I appreciate your awesome feedback and invite. I would love, I´ve lot of friends that were my clients around Phoenix, not I´ve in Tucson as well, maybe one day I could visit that beautiful place, and you guys invited to Porto also in Portugal :)
I´ve submitted a few variations so you can compare. Please check and let me know what do you think. The mountain type would be a bit more wide, even I understood what you mean, the mountains are more normal like, even I submitted another one that mix the normal mountains and those more squared arizona like mountains so you can appreciate.
As always feel free to ask if you need anything else.
Could you try this more spread out to left and right, and slightly more mountainous. The mountains can come up to mountain-point shapes. Tucson is surrounded by mountains, and unlike many areas in Arizona, they are not flat on top. It’s beautiful- you’re welcome to visit. ;)
Another quick layout thought - only if you have time.
Could we try the A as you have it ACA written underneath. Then, a vertical bar to the right of the layout (as you have done before to separate the left and right sides). To the right of the vertical bar is Arizona College of Acupuncture (written out), the a horizontal bar underneath the text, and Medicine and Bodywork written underneath that.
The height of the left and the right sides of separated by the vertical bar should be even.
As we get closer to the end of the contest, new creative ideas float to the service.
Could you try to put some mountains in the background as a backdrop. The A logo can stay up front and be full colored. Then ... in the background there could be a faded mountain setting ... you can look up picture of Tucson, Arizona to get a feel. The fade in the background could be like the fade of the logo in the design you created where the name is up front and the log is in the background ...
We would just like to see what this might look like - thinking it could be a layout for letterhead. ;)
That´s fine I´m here to help, feel free to ask me anything if you need.
In the end just do like the other comment you made with the number references you want and I will include those on the final files you may need to use on the future.
I´ve submitted variations based on your comments as well so you can appreciate.
Feel comfortable to ask if you need anything else.
Thank you! I was also wondering what this would look like with the colors of the A reversed. Also if Acupuncture was the biggest Font and not Arizona? And using the blues and greens of #370
I keep looking for that spot and couldn't find the rule so I appreciate you knowing them. I am just happy we can get more things because we need to use it in different forms.
Thats fine take the time you need. Its always a pleasure to help.
About the other designs here in logotournament they only allow us to negotiate after the contest its complete, rules of this website. But I´m pretty flexible with those so do not worry.
I hope you are doing well. We have not asked for many revisions because we like what you did. Also we were sending a survey to our community to get their idea on color.
Question for you. I know we get one logo design for this contest. We like the multiple ways you have incorporated this design. How much would you charge to get the other designs as well? For instance if we would like the #165, #162, #156, #229, #164, #163
I´ve submitted a few new options so you can appreciate, I tried to keep them still balanced overall so the logos sends the chill vibes appropriate for the business are you guys work. I also adapted one of the olds ones that fit on that feedback you send so you can compare.
Hi - question … Could you see if there is any way you can adapt some portion of this logo to incorporate more of a feel toward Chinese medicine … maybe if there was an area in the blue that had a swirl that might indicate a Yin Yang … without being too forced. We do not want it to look forced. As an example - the cactus does not feel forced. ;)
What about these ones, I think I understand what u mean, u want the green to flow better with the blue, if its a bit more lighter will be more balanced, done these 2 options: #362 vs #363
I´ve submitted 2 variations so you can compare. I always handraw before I create these so they have a human vibe in it. I´m happy you liked the color variations. The logo been simple and flat will be very versatile in future marketing materials and as well with other color combos.
Totally cool. The versatility of the A with the cactus is really special. At this point, when we are thinking of this as a log, with the colors you have provided, we are able to see how well the A and the cactus can brand us, and the various looks can work in adapting us to different types of media, while maintaining the same theme. Fun stuff, jjbq. ;)
Let's start by acknowledging that what you have created with the A and the balance you provided with the Cactus and the shrubs underneath it is awesome. Without a doubt, you are going to be in our next round.
The various colors of the logo you provided exemplifies how versatile the 'symbol' is that you have created. Thank you. :)
With this particular theme, of sun beams and stars, could you try to have the sun beams 'cetralized, and maybe even cutting into the side of the A. So basically, the A would have delicate chops taken out - like the way teh cactus removes some aspects but still plays within the A.
With the stars ... could you try just 'filling' the background with stars like they appear in the sky - just little white dots. Graphically, it would be like taking a picture of the ight sky as an element and filling that section ... sort of like that.
'Cut' sun rays in here' - this could also be tried with the sun rays laying across this section, as you have provided in this graphic ... just a little more centralized rather than covering the whole side.
Thank you for taking the directions and feedback. They look great. I am going to go over them with my team in the morning. Thanks for all the hard work.
If this one looked a little less beat up - could we see something with light rays etching through the left side of the A, and the blue side with a star pattern?
This would give us a look at day and night being inferred in the design. And maybe the left side is in green.
:)
Thank you - always excited to see what you submit.
The image inside the A is a cool look. Could you try to place some China/Tibetan clouds in the A ... maybe they can even slightly swirl out and fade ... a bit like the way the cactus pushes through the right side of the A. They could also just be contained within the A - it would be neat to see both options.
And the ink-type looks you have provided are really cool. Could you try them in shades of gray and black.
You can find Chinese black ink painting examples for the shading idea, and you can find Tibetan Cloud Art examples with quick searches in Google.
I appreciate those directions. I´ve submitted a revision so you can appreciate.
If you need anything else just let me know.
This is my timezone btw, in case you need to check, getting late I m going to sleep, but i will be back tomorrow. Sometimes I can delay replying cause I´m at work in the agency, but I always do reply: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/portugal/porto
And taper for what we are looking for means the lines start thick and then get thin as it goes out. So when we are looking to see tapering we want the lines thick when it is next to the letters and thinner as it moves away. Does this make sense?
Its my Pleasure! I appreciate all you awesome feedback a always. And I´m happy you like the brand and variations.
I´ve submitted revisions so you can appreciate. Please check and let me know if its all okay. I didn´t understand the tapper lines, I searched online and looks like a specific word, I believe its short lines correct? If not let me know and I will adjust.
Make the ACAMB regular text (maybe keep half navy and half green)
Take out the second line and tapper the bottom lines.
Soften the bar between the logo and the text.
I really appreciate your awesome feedback on my logos.
I´ve submitted revisions so you can appreciate on all them. And for #23 I´ve submitted several variations so you can see the future versatility of the brand and his flexibility of usage in marketing materials.
As always feel comfortable to ask if you need anything more.
I hope you don´t mind to ask. But what is your name?
As an extra thought ... could you work off of the URSA logo option we provided for inspiration to give us an option with our name to the side of the A you have manufactured. Where URSA is written we would have ACAMB. Then next line - Arizona College of Acupuncture - next line - Medicine and Bodywork.
Couild you try this logo - love it as stand alone - with our text underneath ... and maybe a version with text to the side. Underneath could read 'Arizona College of Acupuncture' carriage return 'Medicine and Bodywork'. Medicine and Bodywork could perhaps have a leading line from each side as the text would be inset from the longer text above.
Like the other font you used #73 and so maybe something between this font and that font. Can we also try to use subtle acupuncture needles for the C or cleaners sun rays?

Yes I agree the logo as a watermark will look great. Just looking at different ideas.
Thanks for all the hard work.
I appreciate your awesome feedback as always.
Please check revisions and let me know what do you think.
For letterheads you can actually use the main "A" as a watermark somewhere in the bottom corner of it, It would look awesome as I´m thinking of it.
If you need anything else just let me know.
Thank you.
