My staff likes this but feels it may be a little to strong...like we need to tone it down and smooth it out...make it more sophisticated.....we are also looking to make the word Sealcoat more visible

yes....smooth the head and face out.....I see this figure covered in a black coat with a hood.....so shadow lines are smoother and sleeker
