What inspired you to create #4? And, any reason for the orange, would it look more memorable with other colors?

According your requirement, i create design your logo that simple, less corporate, classy and also... timeless.
Using horizon not just showing to covering horizontal line on A and H only but to show broad and wideness area that you can presentate/communicate to client. Horizon line also showing you maturity and confident of your business.
Here are alternatives for horizon in light green and light blue.
