The word INTERNATIONAL seems to go unnecessarily out of the line of the circle. I know it doesnt actually, it is a visual effect of the placement of the text with the graphic. Maybe if you shorten just a little the width of the text it might work better.

The proportion of the size of the text on the right (ASSESSOR REG ... ) to the logo text ARCS is not in the right proportions. We need either smaller text on the right or larger text in the logo element.

The text to the right might be better half way between font size of #66 and #68
