Can we see some yellow in the leaf. Also, is that supposed to be a person at the top? If so can we make it a little more obvious? If not, can we try having the patterns in the leaf resemble people?

Really like how this icon works as a leaf or a seed. The branching paths in the center are solid representations of how our apprenticeship programs send people off into the world on their new careers.
