What about if you try to layered texts more side by side (different colors or something)? f.ex: Letters App are upper level and You under that and number 2 will be bigger right side those texts as it is in #14, #23 and #24.
Maybe you should take those #23 sparklings and #24 cart away - it will be more peaceful that way.
I think if we get good sign about this logo it works also in icon.
