I like this a lot! I like the image on the left and words on the right and I like the frame the owl is in. Can we try more of an owl silouhette, take that in a different direction?

This is fun! I like the owl and the screen and the font. But I think something about it feels a little bit too child-age education instead of adults. Reminds me of the logo for a company called Tutoring Club. I am also going to go with Apogee Learning Design instead of the Engaging Learning Solutions. I'd be happy to see an evolution of this image that might speak a bit more toward adults if you'd like to adjust it. Thanks for sharing your work with me!
