Thank you for your feedback. I introduced two fonts with more medical/traditional feel. Since I'm not sure if you want any flames I left the trident as it is. Please note that I made the middle blade of the trident to bring to mind a flame - in a subtle way.

Very interesting version. I don't care for the font and the tips of the trident might look cool in the shape of a flame. Also maybe remove the slogan.
