This is looking great. Though the current font seems a little too feminine?
Really like the concept though with the arrow being part of the name etc.

#43 is great.
the only thing that is troubling is that the E now looks like a c. Could you try extending the arrow so that it looks like it touches the back of the c so that it's one solid object? If you've tried and it looks odd then don't waste your time.
