Try a new logo with Lighthouse in center of logo backset behind words in a nice bright gold so we can see behind words
Words By Design in the middle
Under that center Always A Clean Wash
Maybe the blue wave center at bottom of logo
By Design in blue color
Always A Clean Wash in Red
