We understand the concentric circles representing the radar portion, but the radar is only half of the story. The story lies in the AMP (Asian Massage Parlor). We want to see more legitimacy around the AMP with a sense of playfulness. Let's look at the Yelp.com logo... notice all the arrows from multiple directions pointing to one point in space. That design also looks like someone is yelling out or declaring something for the masses.
