Almost there. The colors look great. Now, please remove the bottom line. Then, I would like the sizing and placement of the words to be like your Logo #313.

The Y looks good... but please put HOLDINGS, LLC back to the way it is shown in logo #316.

Also, AMPLIFY color looks to be a purple color... can you make the color Navy Blue.

How now ?

Please make sure the line in the middle is the same dark blue (Navy) color as the AMPLIFY word. Then, increase the spacing above and below the line a little to increase the separation.

Please change the color of the darker blue used throughout to to a darker blue... perhaps Navy Blue.

Please make this triangle a bit smaller so that there is more space between the left axis of the "Y"

Thanks you for the changes. Very close. See Markup. Also, two other items:
(1) the line separating AMPLIFY from HOLDINGS, LLC is still not a crisp straight line. The line still appears to taper on each ends of the line.
(2) The font for HOLDINGS, LLC should still be a little smaller and the letters should be spread out so that width of HOLDINGS, LLC is similar to the word AMPLIFY above.

This part of the "Y" should be the same color as the other letters of AMPLIFY.

If I understand correctly, this is what you want?

I like what you did with logo #221, with the words HOLDINGS, LLC lined up vertically with the word AMPLIFY above. However, could you make a few additional changes:
1) Change the font on all letters to something a bit more boxy & bold than the Times Roman font.
2) the font size of HOLDINGS, LLC should be smaller but still line up vertically with AMPLIFY
3) Can you try to make the Y in AMPLIFY an abstract by making a shape (see my Markup and Note 2). The abstract shape should be a different color that matches one of the color in the logo on the left.
4) the line separating the words should be just a straight line that isn't curved at all.

Please add the words HOLDINGS, LLC in smaller font in a slightly different color just below the word AMPLIFY. Perhaps have the words positioned at the similar height as the logo to the left. Also, perhaps a thin line could separate the larger font AMPLIFY from the smaller font below of HOLDINGS, LLC
