Let’s toss the skinny red outline and replace it with blue or black and tighten the width of the grey a bit please

Could we a grey outlining of the State of Texas with a very thin red outlining outside of it?

I like this look! Could we try it with more of a royal blue or dark blue? I’d like to see different color combos of this!
