In #32, I like the icon - it is unique and eye catching. I would like to see it rotated to orient like the letter A - try it with the colored bands on the lower right and at the top.

#39 and #40 feel off balance and the emphasis seems to be going down so let's rule out that approach.

I really like #41. Please make a couple variations of the colors to brighten it up a little - maybe try some greens or brighter yellow or make the red a little more saturated.
