Forgive me for not entering earlier, but it has taken me some time to simplify all my ideas into one elegant, memorable icon with all the symbolism I wanted to include:
A mountain... an "A"... an upward arrow for growth...
An eagle... the eyebrow of an owl.
If you would like to see alternative fonts or colors, please just let me know.
Want to help deliver a winner for you!

The crossbar is not only an eagle and an owl's eyebrow, but of course serves as a "w" as well.

please I need you to use the back ground of the #12
also I need you to use American , and wise investments together as said in the comments

make the design a combination of a compass and a face of the owl so it can look both, if you can do this you will win

#167 -- darkened the background, created the compass, and exaggerated the golden crossbar to look even more like an owl's distinctive eyebrow. Feedback appreciated.
