That's correct. When printed from vector file (included among final files) it will leave background unprinted (hollow).

I’m assuming the tan is just to show me the white is there on the inside and the actual
Logo will just be graphic without the tan background correct?

In the final design package would you be able to give me a white line version in addition to this one that included the gray background around the shooter being cut out and a white line around the inside of the blue border so that when we print on a shirt or cup that shows as the shirt or cup color? Hope I am making sense. We need it this way for digital and print but also with those changes for printing on items. I will declare this one winner today just wanted to make sure.
