Yes I can make that change, is just that in the top 5 mode the contest is now, only the top 5 ranked designers can submit changes. To make the changes I need to be ranked in to that range.

like the new design, what do you think about a different look for the eagle, more life like?

Can you do #75 and give it a border with stars all around it in whatever color combination may be appealing? After taking a break from it I like #75.
