I like Entry #15 because it has potential for growth.
Try a version with the words "America's Best" in Red and make the size of the lettering a bit bigger. This way we'll cover the Red, White and Blue color of the American flag.
Lower the word "Cafe" a hair lower. It looks a bit too close to the bottom of blue sign. Try making that lettering a bit smaller.....maybe that'll help.
Now for the main issue......the bagels. The Bagels are too visually complicated.
Try doing just one large bagel that covers the space from the letter "G" in the word Gourmet to the "L" and the end of the word Bagel.
Don't let the Bagel show anywhere at the bottom of the sign where the word "Cafe" is. Have a least 75% of the bagel showing at the top portion of the sign.
Also make sure the drawing looks more like a Bagel and not a donut. That mistake is easy to do. Try using a drawing a honey oat bagel, or maybe s cheese bagel......just make sure their will be no mistake that the image is a Bagel and not a donut.

The Red lettering for the word "Cafe", the White lettering for the words "Gourmet Bagels" and the blue banner is all good with me.
The Red lettering for the words "America's Best" is also good......going back to white might be interesting but please leave the word Cafe in Red. May be increasing the font for the words America's Best will help....visually. The Shadowing for the words "America's Best" look like some sort of yellow or off-white. Maybe using no shadowing or maybe black shadowing my help.
And now for the bagel:
Try seating the bagel a bit lower (almost half-way) and widening it a bit closer to the top two corners of the blue banner. I think that might help with the visual flow.
Keep the visual dimensions of the bagel the same in proportion to the bagel(i.e. the size of the hole) and try doing a smooth/shiny Plain or Egg bagel.....if you can pull off a raisin cinnamon bagel that would be interesting to see. The current drawing of the cheese bagel is done well but it has a slightly off visual appeal.
