Take a look at the logos for major hotels. Some of the others who are watching the contest in our group are wondering if we should do something with ribbon or some other flowing lines. I think the "Ai" graphic is a step in the right direction.
Also.....you could try adding a touch of green. Not as the major color, but as an accent.

can you give us some stars above or incorporated in the the 1/2 circle (one slightly bigger in the middle and two smaller on each side) and put a royal blue background on this.
dear ch... sorry for the mass withdraw, because i have a wrong direction using stars of David. and this my entry using royal blue background gradient to dark royal blue. for the design #83 and #79 i am using star as much with America Flag Resolution of 1777. and all color using standard color for america flag. u can read at wikipedia.com using keyword flag of united state.
Hello, we like it. Stars need to be red, use only three. One bigger in the middle. Can you use more of a star burst star, move points on top and bottom. Give us an option where the stars drop down into the circle a bit?

Put your three stars together around the curve top, and try white. Red stars are getting washed out in logo. Also, look more for a star burst star...more like a sprakle.
