Hi, thanks for your logo submission, between the two, entry one is looking better. I understand the concept which you are putting forward , that out of the black background amazing entertainment is coming out with rays which gives the effect of something amazing in the onlooker mind.
my suggestions-
can you show other colors in background or rays ?.try playing with more color options or multiple color options.
can you show a universe background which is also black as an option?
