We liked the way you incorporated the hockey stick and the softball into Entry 15 but it doesn't need the Aly Laine part. Maybe add back in the L and R?

Can you adjust entry #5 to eliminate "Aly Laine" and only have "ALR" and the date "March 8, 2014" or 3-8-14? Also a version that adds a reference to the sports?
