This is much better. Can you add a few more of the lower blades of grass in side the house? So there are not just 4 blades? Also, try dropping the the "on our side" all together and maybe add "synthetic turf landscaping"

This could be interesting. You are the only one so far showing a home, and home owners are our customers. the home looks very narrow and tall. perhaps try making it fatter. Also consider dropping the word "it's" in the tag line.
