This is on the right track. You can check what I did and the direction to take on my file ALPAGOTA_GOOD pdf.
I would like a typo/police like the logo Autodromo I have attached.

As for the sheep, I would like the head to be straight. Look on the pdf on page 4.

I would like to keep it black and white. No color.

I send you this revised design but I'm not sure about what do you mean with "As for the sheep, I would like the head to be straight."
For the moment I send you your sheep head.jpg. If it is necessary I can vectorize and polish it.

If you look to my example ALPAGOTA_GOOD, you will notice that the head of the sheep is positioned differently. Could you do something like I did on page 4 of the pdf?

The number #39 have the new file sheep uploaded and #40 is a polished sheep playing with contrast and bright. Both with the correct head inclination of ALPAGOTA_GOOD...

Could you please make some variations with the 40. Smaller head and other form ( i find yours a bit too much). Maybe a triangle like I made in my file, or something else? Could you try other typo as well? Still in same family as the one you used?

Sorry I meant the 39. This is the one I like the most.

If you look at the typo I like (from the autodromo logo), it is more "flat". I like that.
I indeed think the head is a bit out of proportion..

I like the net typo. But with the shape on the head, not yet. Maybe more like I made on my file. maybe like on the logo4? It needs to fit more.

Can you maybe try a Alpagota with a ø. I mean Alpagøta
For the shape. I like the triangle opposite to what you done and with 2 small lines (like on my pdf file page 4).
Maybe a variation with the sheep a bit more black than grey?
