Since we do repair work which is greasy and messy, the flower is a little to feminine for our masculine type of work. The pipe wrench would be better if we were plumbers. But I do like where you are going with this, can you remove teh pipe wrench & tweak it to be more masculine?

Very creative. However i get the feeling that it says that we do Cleaning, but we only do repair. Can you tweak it so it says repair.
