I love the use of the carpet roll. Not sure i like font but the swirling carpet is a nice simple logo effect that is easily repeated wherever needed. Maybe incorporate the swirl into an ampersand with AC above and TS below. have Swirl within the "&" and the full name printed below as you have it. I love the colors of the 13 but Red carpet is my specialty. Good work.
