Hi, I've come up with a several different ideas. I also tried some versions with red highlights. Any suggestions? Do you want to stick to this font?

the font is ok. please use just 2 colous blue and may be red or green. take off shades of greay

Hi, I uploaded new versions of the No1 ranked design - Tagline might seem a bit faded when reduced to small size, but it is the same color as in the company name. I also got rid of all the shades and effects.
