I agree, with waves someone could think that your pain treatment has something to do with spa...

This is so great! I really like your original 31 as well. What do you think of putting "pain" in orange so its leaving the body. And maybe removing the ocean waves?

Here are two new concepts #62, #63.

In these concepts I've incorporated waves to symbolise ocean.
I've also added a human figure in motion that gives a sense of relief and vitality.

If you notice men's body shapes letter "P" from pain, so in #63 I've underlined the "pain leaving the body" by using some orange lines.
