I have to say I believe you had some of the most interesting uses ATM based on my brief, and I found them very interesting. The best feedback I can give at this point is that although I liked your Entry #13 the best, the ATM was a bit over-powering in the overall design. I liked the concept of what I think you're trying to accomplish, but I'm sorry that I'm having trouble explaining any better than this. For #15 and #14...again I really like the overall feel...however in #15 I would like to see the ATM take a bit less time to figure out if it's actually the letters or not. It's really close, but not quite there. In hindsight I really should have ranked this entry higher. Finally, Entry #14 is just a bit too boxy for me. I hope that this feedback helps and I look forward to seeing some new designs from you.
