Move taller buildings to center. Take light grey stripes out, make solid grey color. Pull edges of grey area in to create a little white space around the ALL ROOF SOLUTIONS area.

Go back to black for Commercial Division lettering.
Try red for ALL ROOF SOLUTIONS
Maybe go with gray background for ALL ROOF SOLUTIONS. Make it look like steel plate.
Skyline is good but spread out buildings just a little. Make red outline around buildings thinner. Have red arc at bottom cut through the circle on each side.
Delete top red arc. Add a few lines of small windows to buildings.

I'm a little confused on your comments "too many buildings" and "use actual Atlanta GA skyline". The actual GA skyline is more complicated than what is on #47.

I like the grey background in the middle. See comments from other logo.

Make the All Roof Solutions "plate" smaller. Pull the curves inside the outside circle.
Skyline is too busy, too many buildings. Use actual Atlanta GA skyline. Thicker building outline. Use a V under the skyline.

I like the metal grate pattern but I think it makes logo too "busy" and may get lost when put on shirts.

Move Commercial centered above circle and division centered below circle. Put screw heads on ends of each word. Make screw heads a little bigger. Delete rivets, they are just too small. Maybe make the ALL ROOF SOLUTIONS area a separate "metal plate".

Now we are getting somewhere! Like it. Add some curves like a red curved line. Skyline needs to pop more maybe outline in red. Add more red in design.

Now too few buildings. Maybe use actual outline of Atlanta GA skyline. move red curve above bottom piece. Possibly add some rivets. maybe make it look like a steel man hole cover.

Good start on skyline but needs work. Too crammed with too many buildings. Add a heavy accent line to skyline.
Add some commercial elements like say rivets or screw heads
