If we were to go with your logo would the white background be included?
We're thinking of only using what's highlighted. Not the white around it.

We love it so far! We think the pets need more facial features. Could we add whiskers to the 🐇 and 🐕 too? And give their eyes more dimension. Like including the scleras (white part of the eye) with their pupils looking upwards? Not just black dots. If possible. Thank you very much for your work.

Could we see it more in a badge like form?
I highlighted to show you what were referring to. Maybe a solid background in the badge? Beige? Our scrubs will be the Figs brand 'Deep Reef' color (if you could please see the color online). The backup color (beige?) could help the rainbow and letters not get lost with the color of the scrubs

Very good design! Would you be willing to come up with other ideas?
Small comments: the dogs tail, could it be more curved going upwards? Instead of straight out.
The rainbow- could it be pulled up some so the light could be seen more along with the stairs?
Add small little wiskers to the cats face please
