#19 a flat version of this (i.e. no shading) may work. Also I'd prefer the word to be at the right of the image

#60 Has potential - can I see it in more colors. I think you've taken the Office 2016 shades but in the icon I think they look a little dull. I'd also prefer the AlignMix to be more like #55 or #56 in maybe dark blue or grey, with a highlight of orange
