Can you put both "FOOT & ANKLE" on the second line and make "ALIGN" larger all by itself?

We like the lines under each word the connect to the ankle and foot, but not all of the lines that cross over the horizontal orange bars.

Can you eliminate those thin lines and expand the orange bars to fill more of the "foot" area?
