Hi there,
Here is my first entry for your project. The main concept here is a simple yet appealing design that uses the initials 'AV' as the icon while having 2 faces in the negative space to represent the goal of the organization.
This design works great in color and black & white. It also scales pretty well. Looking forward to your feedback. Thanks and have a nice day!
