thanks for the feedback.

I have submitted revisions as you say, enlarge the word "Alaska" and the rest of the word "Management Group, Inc." on huruh smaller so as to emphasize the word "Alaska" and I also made a dividing line to be the logo and name.
and I also added the blue color of the word "Alaska".
