Well, I recommend to not use the logo with phone number in every place, just if it needs. 3 lines of text in the logo starts to become looking busy, so just erase the final telephone line in most places :-)

Yes I feel the same way. Also my SEO wanted to add our phone number to the Logo 205-436-9135. How could we incorporate that with out it looking to busy.

In my opinion, leave them the same, to not become a logo "overeffected". In most of time, less is more :)

I like it but I was trying to say like a liquid effect so the colors fade away making it a 3D effect.
