I like the color and transparency of the mountains. Maybe make them less of a triangle and more mountains.
can you finish the compass on the other side. Make the points a bit smaller.

I'm not excited about the navy color.
Lets make the colors warmer. Turquoise, Blue and Orange.

I like where you are going with this. Its centered on the wording but it just looks off.
Instead of a target or cross hairs, can you make it like what you see through a dumpy level? Or total station?
