Nice work. I was actually hoping someone would design a geek character, but the work you've done is also quite acceptable. Right now, given the color scheme of my site, entries #1 and #3 are more appropriate. The one thing I would say is that the slogan seems a bit muted. The current font size is fine, but if "Software Engineering and IT Services" was more defined / bold, like aJollyGeek.com, I think it might be an improvement. I also like how you made the ".com" small so that aJollyGeek stands out.
