I really like this one. I will want it to be reversible so along with what is shown above, also white lettering on the dark red background. You have shown it in a landscape orientation above which I like, but I will want in addition to this, a portrait orientation. The way the symbol is designed, it will work well to move it above the "Airdrie Staffing Solutions"

Can we lighten up the red somewhat. It is a little dark. Go with a shade closer to what you see as my 5th and 6th ranked entries. (#13 & #28)
