...one more design with wooden boat planks element incorporated with the title, and matching slogan, short/simple/inviting! Any thoughts/suggestions!? Thanks!
One more note to this analysis,...I've avoid using slogan, simply because this short tagline ("classic crafts") says it all, and too much words, specialy repetitive, would draw attention from main brand! Hope this will help, and if I can be of any assistance, or you have some questions, feel free to ask!
Here are few clean/simple wordmrk form designs, with subtle graphic accent on one of the letters. In this specific case, there's abstract sailboat incorporated into "A", which can be easily detached and used as recognizable stand alone mark. You can see negative space version on entry #166, where I've used your original yellow color. I would also advise to keep that color, with maybe some accent blue, like on this entry,...it is a good, strong eye catching color, non-generic when it comes to maritime related logos,...basicaly, your brand will stand out.
I've kept horizontal, but still compact layout, and posibility of monochromatic use, without loosing important graphic elements, so that logo can easily be applied accross variety of media (printing, embroidering, web, etc.), and it would save some money if large scale printing is needed!
Hope you'll like some of these simple ideas, and feel free to suggest potential improvements! Thank you!
