Agile in DepthLogo Design Contest

Hi,

I love the blue circle at #1, but the windows from #2. Would it be possible to combine this? And would it be possible to reduce the number of stars to 5 or 6 (as it best fits withs the persicope)?

hm, this 3D effect on the ring seems to be to much for me. I like the background to be plain. Maybe the submarines could gain more depth (even I have no idea how to do this :-) )

Thank you for your inputs. please see entry #9 - I added depth to the submarine by putting highlights and shadows to the circular windows and added a blue hue to the body of the sub. Added a gradient effect to the rivets also. Added some bubbles as well.

Great effects, I love it. I have just one request, would it be possible to give to front end of the submarine body the shape of a ship (I have no idea how to describe it in english in a better way :-) )?
