I like the #32 - reference to the mountain. I like #33, looks like people sitting at a table from above.

Thanks Jack, am glad you did see my approaches right away yourself without me having to explain them, it means what i was after as a message from the icon was delivered right away to you.

I am trying to keep it corporate / memorable mark and at the same time capture a meaning behind it that relates to the association in a way.

Will try some other ideas.
