Africa's HopeLogo Design Contest

I like the simplicity, these colors and the sunrise, Max. New day, hope, etc. Very attractive. But it needs to express more than hope. Other charitable organizations also bring hope, but through other means. I'd like an image that, when paired with our motto "Spirit-filled Biblically trained leaders are Africa's hope," will reinforce the idea of leadership and training---those methods are our distinctive. This is a good start, Can you tweak this and make it better?
