This one is attractive but the three bands are very close to the logo of another ministry. It may be confusing to have two logos so similar--maybe not. We'll talk it over.

Combines the best of #22 and #26. I like the symmetry and balance of this. We could pull out the text and cap as a standalone group where appropriate. Could work in gray scale if necessary.

Simple, appealing. I could see this one and #26 working together as variations of the same logo.

Intriguing. I like the continent in the logo and the solid "O" topped with the mortar board has the look of a cap and gown. I'm ranking this one and #22 in my top five at this point. Things are still fluid as more entries are submitted.

Pathway into the sunrise reinforces "hope" but we're looking for something that conveys more clearly the idea of hope through training for leadership. Have you considered incorporating a mortar board cap instead?

A high-profile partner ministry in Africa already uses a tree. This would be confusing.
