I remember this one from the first Tournament we ran. We didn't select it but it's still a contender. It is more formal than your other submission #6 which I pushed into "not interested" as being too casual. I like the elegance of this design but the question will be whether it will compete well against designs that incorporate elements which speak implicitly of leadership, training or hope. We are having that discussion and I can't predict how our team will resolve it. Thank you for submitting ideas.
