Good effort but I don't see it, Lamomi. A logo is like a joke--if you have to explain it, it doesn't work. Do you agree?

Thanks! It does help to include our mission statement. The graphic from which the dove is emerging is not clear. People may see that as a bottle. Do you have any ideas about how to represent trained leaders?

Thank you for your feedback on my first design! I added a torch because the more I looked at the dove, the more I saw also strength, even in the pose, a bit like a Phoenix rising. So from the torch ( leadership) "rise" the flames of hope ( dove) in the African continent. I also added your slogan around the icon. Thanks! :)

Hi Lamomi, it's not too late to enter. Thanks for this design. Hope is a part of our message but not just any hope. Our logo will need to carry the message that hope comes through trained leaders. What ideas do you have to say that? Blessings!

I made a very simple but strong icon using the tradition symbol of hope as if it were part of the continent itself, like a new birth. Do let me know if you wish to make any changes and I will be more than happy to oblige!
